EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Some Customs Fees or Duty Taxes may apply to some customers. Any taxes, duties, fees, insurance or charges for shipping methods are the buyers responsibility.

Once shipped, the tracking process of a package becomes the responsibility of the customer; if any issues arise, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact JAVA SPIRIT within a reasonable amount of time so the issue can be addressed.

All orders are shipped with FEDEX Express Shipping; worldwide delivery is then handled by FEDEX couriers. A signature is required on delivery and I cannot change delivery instruction - please address your package accordingly. A tracking ID will be supplied by email upon shipment of your order as confirmation; you can track your package by entering your tracking ID here:

Packages are guaranteed to be delivered Between 2-8 days of shipment.

NOTE: Be aware certain countries have straw, raffia and shells restrictions. Make sure your country accept import straw and shell items. Country imported items  restrictions is fully customer responsibility.
